We offer programs in the fall and winter that focus on the player's mechanics, athleticism, and strength. These programs gradually increase with intensity over the course of 3-4 months. The goal is not only to throw harder, but for the player to understand why that is. He'll understand why his body needs to move a certain way and how to reduce the risk of injuries.

Pitching Program - Fall/Winter 25'
Coach Trevor Muzzi will walk pitchers through their throwing drills and mechanics. The throwing drills will be specific to each player's deficiencies. The program will progress gradually, increasing the intensity and volume of throwing over the 3 month period. Pitchers can expect to throw harder, move more athletically, and understand their arm at a higher level.
Their daily routine will take 45 min - 1 hr to go through, so they can arrive any time between 6-7:00 on Tuesdays, and 6:30-7:30 on Thursdays.
Throwing Program - Fall/Winter 25'
Coach Trevor Muzzi will build you a throwing program based on your needs, goals, and limits. It will be a structured, progressive regimen designed to help players, position players and pitchers, develop arm strength, and improve throwing mechanics.
